Real Madrid announced yesterday their plans to build a $1 billion resort in Ras Al Khaimah. What would you like to see large corporations or profitable organisations invest in if they are to create something in the UAE?
Sara Ameer I would love to see more animal shelters throughout UAE to help cure, heal, look after and protect animals from getting lost, driven over by cars or dying in any other matter on the condition that those shelters don't offer "Put them to Sleep" service and then they should offer those animals for adoption to many animal lovers.
Keneth Beckham Wesonga I would like them to build a State of the Art Modern Stadium, for football to grow up in Middle East and especially UAE. Stadium facilities then can be used for commercial purposes for games like; Basketball, Rugby, Volleyball, Netball, Athletics, Boxing, Futsal among others. Its high time for Soccer to improve and gain great heights in Asia and especially in Middle East. Like me I eat, drink, talk, sleep and live football. And thats why the likes of R Madrid and Man Utd are richest brand names in sports.
Francis Lawrence Good News to note , at the same time if it going to help Ras Al Khaimah as an alternative socio economic destination like Dubai, it is appreciable.

Pratibha Patil has become the most travelled Indian president of all time, having so far spent Rs2.05 billion (Dh14 million) visiting 22 countries. Do you think this is money well spent to strengthen ties with other countries, or are these trips a perk of landing the presidency in some governments?
Clen Nicolas Strengthening ties with other countries are not only seen through a lot of travels spent to different places but can also be determined through the number of expats present and working in another country.
Ashker Ch I dont think so...It is total waste of money...There is lots of poor people in India at least president should think of them..We need some one like Ex-president Abdul Kalam..Feeling So sad seeing this report...I Am Proud To be INDAIN..But Feel shame on people like them..
Raj Anugula India, being democratic is good with all the countries including neighbouring.. N also ties are already stronger with high expatriate human resources worldwide representing.. Rs.200-crore is an amount equals to the welfare/edn annual budget, spent only on travelling. About 100,000 people can get shelter or 20,000 houses can be built..

The Egyptian winner of Arab Idol has been told by her parents she is not allowed keep the car she was gifted as part of a sponsorship deal. What things did your parents keep you sheltered from when you were younger, do you think they were right, and will you shelter your children from the same things?
Sana Ali My parents have always sheltered me from anything they thought was wrong. They were definitely right. The world is not safe for youngsters until they are mature enough to stand for themselves. I will prevent my children in future from bad my experiences in life.
Ferdie Salas Santiago Jr. My mama never allowed me to go swimming on river during summer when i was young.Such a shame as i never learned to swim the way my childhood friends did.Never blamed her for that for I know she's just keeping me safe.
Czar Johnlloyd Alde Portugal All kids need the basics of life - like food, warmth, shelter and clothing. But they also need to feel loved and secure. Even if kids get the basics but don't feel loved and safe, they can have problems in growing up. By giving our children all the things they need, we can help them be safe, strong and thrive in our care.

In the UK yesterday, a 21-year-old university student was jailed for inciting racism through Twitter by remarks made as Fabrice Muamba lay fighting for his life on a football pitch. Even though this young man was easily tracked down and charged, what are the worst uses of social media you have seen, and do we rely on it too much?
Risve Omarkathab Now the most of people using the social meadia for the self advertisement. they not like to use the good way.
Lee Andrew Machete Social media/network using other people as a medium of communication to interact, talk and to inform what do you want to know to other people. Being racism and other foul/offended words is one of worst activity of unkind people to destruct the famous personality, ordinary people and sometimes to destroy the big organizations. Maybe it's better to be a professional being answering the unaccepted accusation against the particular issue/s. If we can act violently in words there are concequenses, it happens already not only in Uk but almost around the world.
Shajas Rey Zaisen Some people use the social media/networks in an improper manner even if they knew the uses of them. This became a great news because the goes on offending great personalities, organisations, etc. They should stop such practice as they may land others or even themselves in trouble...and it have been a big headache for the government because they get the complaints....these happens not only in U.K. but also in other places...

After recent recalls of bottled water from supermarket shelves due to unacceptable levels of a suspected cancer-causing chemical, have you changed your water of choice? Does one isolated incident like this scare you into altering your shopping habits?
Shajas Rey Zaisen Yes.I came to know about the chemical present in the packaged drinking water bottles about 1 day ago....the fact i know is that this chemicals can cause cancer....so i have reduced the use of such packaged drinking water.as i was a frequent user of such packaged water especcially on hot summer day,i feel greatly relieved 2 know these things....
Sarah John Thomas You eat junk out of choice....but its not fair to be effected by life threatning ailments just because some brand decides to behave in a socialy irresponsible manner or is probably building up on their profit margins!!!
Avni Chotai in today's world no foood item we have widout chemical evry food item has some or the other component which is unhelthy......as far as junk food is concerned people should nt stop bt reduce its quantity and water is conerned we can boil upto some level and than can have it no other option !
